RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

HYMN VYRA operates on a controlled release model.

All pieces are produced and released in limited quantities.
For this reason, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including,
but not limited to, change of mind, sizing preference, or wear.

EXCEPTIONS

A replacement or store credit may be considered only if:
• The item arrives damaged, or
• The item received is incorrect

Any such request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
by contacting contact@hymnvyra.com with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• Original packaging intact

All approved cases are handled at the discretion of HYMN VYRA.

FINAL NOTES

Each HYMN VYRA piece is designed and released deliberately.
We encourage customers to review all provided information carefully
before requesting access or placing an order.
